Il y a plus d'un siècle, l'actuel restaurant était une grange sur laquelle une grande maison était construite (aujourd'hui notre terrasse) un dénommé Marin alors propriétaire des lieux éprouvant certaines difficultés à faire manoeuvrer son âne attelé d'une carriole, un soir bien arrosé, supprima le pilier de soutènement gênant ... dans la nuit la maison s'effondra depuis les Vézeliens appelèrent ce site

 More than a century ago, this restaurant was actually a barn beside wich a large house was later constructed ( today our terrace ).
One evening, the proprietor called Marin, well inebriated, was having difficulty unharnessing his donkey from a cart when he removed a menacing /obstructing pillar... And as of that night the house collapsed ! The Vézeliens called this site

“ La Dent Creuse“ or “The Hollow Tooth “
